Getting Started.
We want everyone to get the most out of of their CrossFit experience. We highly recommend that all new members complete our Ramp Up course before joining regular classes. We want all of our athletes to be confident in what they are doing.

Ramp Up classes are a series of 6 classes where we test your strength and see where you are at physically. Everyone can benefit from CrossFit, but you need the fundamentals first. We’ll show you all the proper movements, teach you about the CrossFit philosophy and explain how we run our classes. You will be fully up to speed and ready to join regular classes after 6 sessions.

On Ramp classes start Bi-weekly on Monday at 7:30pm with the remaining two classes on Wednesday at 7:30pm and Thursday at 7:30pm.

What is CrossFit? *Courtesy of CrossFit Inc.
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

Baby Sitting Service for Mommies  :   Baby Sitting is offered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for the 9:15am Class.  Cost is $10 per child.
