Step 1: Check us out!
Not sure about CrossFit? Try it before you make your decision. We know that once you have attended a class you will agree that not only is it a sweet workout, but it’s also really fun.

We offer several ways to acquaint you with CrossFit:

  2. Complimentary one-on-one assessment – During the assessment, we’ll walk you through the facility, discuss the CrossFit Program, put you through a workout and explain everything you’ll need to know to get you started. We only ask that you sign up prior to attending. To take a regular scheduled class OR schedule a one-one-one assessment email us at info@empirestatecrossfit.com
  3. Take a Regular Class – Individuals can participate in any group session on the house. Get a flavor for our community and workouts by joining us at any of our scheduled WODs.
