In teams of two

row 3000 meters
run 2 miles
then 300 double unders
While one partner rows the other partner runs, then continue to switch till 3000 meters is up and 2 miles is completed then both partners work on double unders with one partner working at a time. the double unders can not be started till both row & run are complete.
